Bond was set at $1 million for 24-year-old Angela Alexie of Eastpointe.
Police released more details in the case of the infant who was found frozen in a recycling center dumpster.
“The heinousness of it, and the fact that this little child never had a chance will haunt all of us for a very long, long time,” said Roseville Police Chief James Berlin.
