Atlanta Man With Ties To Detroit Indicted For Embezzling Pension Funds

Roy Dixon is accused of conspiring with former City of Detroit Treasurer Jeffrey Beasley to give Beasley, and others, bribes to obtain approval of investment money from those pension funds.
