Authorities in Bertrand Township say a school bus with 34 children aboard went off a road and struck a tree, but none of the children needed medical care.
Police in Battle Creek say the pickup’s driver was unable to stop and collided with the bus outside Verona Elementary School about 8:15 a.m. Wednesday.
