Nicklas Lidstrom and Sergei Fedorov will be inducted with the Class of 2015 later this year, joining eight other players from the 2002 Stanley Cup Championship Red Wings team earn Hall of Fame Honors.
“It would be a great honor,” Fedorov said, “but if not, it’s still awesome to be part of it.”
The Michigan Sports Hall of Fame announced eight new members Tuesday.
