Police say a man referencing the shooting death of an unarmed black man by a white officer in Ferguson, Missouri, was arrested in Detroit.
The man who made the 911 call will undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
When deputies arrived, one man was found lying in the street with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene, while the gunman was arrested without incident.
