Standoff In Sterling Heights Ends Peacefully

Sterling Heights police say an overnight standoff at a home on Maple Lane near 15 Mile has come to an end peacefully.

After a standoff with police at her home in which the State removed her child from the home, Maryanne Godboldo is slated to be reunited with 13-year-old daughter Ariana on Friday.

Standoff Daughter Allegedly Sexually Assaulted While In State Care

Supporters of a Detroit mother accused of firing a shot at Child Protective Services workers and then holding police at bay for 12 hours say her 13-year-old daughter has been taken to the hospital and may have been sexually assaulted.

Rally For Mother Involved In 12-Hour Police Stand-Off

A rally was held on Saturday morning for the mother who fired a gun prompting a standoff with Detroit Police a week ago. This after Child Protective Services showed up to take her child away.

Detroit Mom Arraigned After Stand-Off With Police
