Since the early 1990s, indoor cycling, also known as spinning, has been growing in popularity. With this increased popularity has come great strides in the functionality of equipment and techniques used to make indoor cycling an enjoyable form of exercise. Now it’s set to music with overly enthusiastic instructors piping out instructions and encouragement.
