The city of Dearborn is warning its residents to keep their parked vehicles off the street on trash days, or face a fine.
Secretary of State records show Fouts was ticketed in 2010 for driving 75 mph in a 70 mph zone in Troy, and was pulled over in 2009 for going 45 in a 40 mph zone.
