Tucker Cipriano, the teenager accused of killing his father with a baseball bat and seriously injuring his mother and brother, is expected to take the stand Thursday.
Dearborn Public Schools on Friday honored its former business service director who was fatally beaten with a baseball bat earlier this year.
Prosecutors told the judge that a forensic exam found Tucker Cipriano competent to stand trial.

Nineteen-year-old Tucker Cipriano and accomplice Mitchell Young appeared separately in Oakland County Court Tuesday on murder charges.
Two men accused in the baseball bat beating death of a Farmington Hills man have been formally arraigned on premeditated murder charges.
