Former Detroit Police Chief Warren Evans and current Wayne County Executive Robert Ficano will make a run for the county’s top job.
There will be another well-known name in the race for Wayne County Executive.
“Everybody’s tired of the scandals, they want good ethical leaders,” he said.
Though Robert Ficano hasn’t yet announced his intentions on whether he’ll run again for the Wayne County Executive job he has held since 2002, two well known Democrats aren’t waiting as they throw their hats into the ring to try and take the position from him.
Governor Rick Snyder believes Michigan’s emergency responders are well-prepared, but
you never take it for granted.
“That’s in litigation – the lawyers always think we talk way too much to begin with – let the facts come out in litigation,” added Ficano.
In his suit, Azzam Elder claims Ficano has covered up several other severance deals with county employees following the Mullin controversy.
