Signature Hand-Cut Fries served with a duo of dipping sauces and malt vinegar. The house-made ketchup has a barbecue sauce kick  and the garlic aioli is awesome! By the way, I think aioli is fancy pants mayo. For 4 bucks they're a steal.

Get a nice sized portion of crispy shoestring fries, seasoned with truffle salt and fresh rosemary. Not a bad deal for $5. The owners strive to keep their menu stocked with local and sustainable foods. It's also a beer snob's heaven.
