For over a year now, the Detroit Symphony Orchestra has asked Detroiters to send in their sound clips that best represent the city to them, and for the past year, the DSO has been putting together a massive performance of an entirely new and wildly creative new show titled "Symphony in D" that will utilize the sounds shared with them by locals. Mastermind Tod Machover has been hard at work putting his masterpiece together, and DSO conductor, Leonard Slatkin, and the talented musicians of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra will bring it all to life in November.
