Modern Skate is located in Royal Oak. It offers daily passes for skateboarders as well as inline skaters. It also offers memberships to the park that start at $75 montly to $500 yearly. While they are open 7 days a week, times vary for various activities, which include bike night. Ride It Sculpture Skatepark is unique because it has famous roots behind its revitalization and renovation. The Tony Hawk Foundation donated $30,000 to fix the area up and bring to life an otherwise vacant area. With four vacant commercial lots for skating, it's built by a team of artists, pro skaters and builders offering a clean retreat for young kids to stay out of trouble. The vacant house within the park serves as a mini indoor park as well.

Since 2001, Landslide Skate Park has provided friendly, family fun with a host of services and events. The everyday skater can enjoy up to three hours for only $15 or purchase and all day pass for $20. A monthly pass of $75 is available for those who make skating a part of everyday life. Landslide Skate Park offers group and school discounts. The park has camps for bikes, skating, scooters and inline skating. There are trained instructors as well as experienced local skaters to teach you how to skate. The venue also offers private event rooms starting at $35 for three hours plus $15 a skater. The price includes pizza and a drink for each.

Zero Gravity Skate Park has 17,000 square feet of skate floor with each ramp equipped with skate lights. Memberships cost $70 a year which provides discounts for those who want to skate all day for $20. Non members can skate for $25 or each can pay $5 or $10 respectively for sessions according to the venue's calendar. Zero Gravity Park also has Friday night private VIP sessions with a minimum 15 skaters paid for in advance.
