Best Takeout Chinese In Detroit

Detroit is widely known for its eclectic mix of cuisines, from Mexican to Mediterranean. One type of cuisine that doesn't get much love in Motown is Chinese, but some of the best Chinese takeout spots in the Midwest are right here in the D. Those in the know have quietly enjoyed the following restaurants and their outrageously good takeout cuisine for years. It looks like the secret's getting out.

A smaller lunch menu still offers the favorites, peaking at the highest price of $5. Most dishes are available in a small or a large size, and the large is big enough for two to share. You can get most large sizes for under $10, making this a gem of cheap eats in the heart of the city.

China One is everything you'd expect out of a great Chinese takeout joint: it's quick, the food is tasty and rooted from generations-old family recipes and the prices are reasonable.
