Palace Plans Ticket Blitz

Palace Sports and Entertainment Monday will begin a "ticket blitz" that offers big savings on concerts at The Palace, DTE Energy Music Theatre and Meadow Brook Music Festival.

The sales which start Monday, July 12 and continue through Tuesday provides savings of up to 50%.

In addition, one dollar from each ticket sold will be donated to purchase back-to-school supplies for metro Detroit schools in need.

The specially discounted tickets can only be purchased through Palacenet.com, The Palace and DTE Energy Music Theatre Box Offices or by calling 248/377-0100.

"This marks the fifth year of the 'Two-Day Ticket Blitz' and this promotion always kick-starts the momentum for those looking to attend shows during the second half of the summer concert season," said Alan Ostfield, President and CEO of PS&E in a statement.
