Police Seek Woman Bank Robber
Ferndale police are looking for a woman bank robber who may have robbed several other banks in Westland and downriver.
Investigators say the woman robbed the Charter One Bank on Woodward near Nine Mile yesterday afternoon.
One thing that may help in finding the robber is she may be covered in reddish-pink dye because as she left the bank, a dye pack inside the bag of cash exploded.

Police describe the woman as a white female, mid-20's to 30 years old, short (less than 5'6"), thin build, auburn hair in a pony tail, wearing large dark sunglasses, dark long sleeved shirt, dark pants (blue or black).
