Pennsylvania Man Drowns Swimming In Lake Michigan

Authorities say a Pennsylvania man has drowned while swimming with friends in Lake Michigan at Warren Dunes State Park.

WSBT-TV reports that rescue crews found the body of 23-year-old Daniel Logsdon of Landisville on Sunday afternoon, less than an hour after they were called to the park in southwestern Michigan.

The Baroda-Lake Township Police Department says Logsdon's body was found in about 6 feet of water. The U.S. Coast Guard says Lake Michigan had 2-foot high waves at at the time of the drowning.
