GeneGo In New Partnership
The St. Joseph biology analysis software developer GeneGo Inc. and Morrisville, N.C.-based Omicsoft Corp., a genomics and proteomics analysis firm, said Wednesday that they had integrated Omicsoft's Next Generation Sequencing tools with GeneGo's MetaCore data mining suite.
Array Studio, Omicsoft's software that provides statistics analysis and visualization tools for genomics and proteomics data, also supports analysis of RNA and DNA sequencing, including a wide variety of gene and mutation data, all in easy-to-use software, providing complete analysis from machine-generated sequence runs to the lists of modified genes and polymorphisms.
Array Studio is seamlessly integrated with GeneGo's data mining suites MetaCore and MetaDrug, allowing in depth analysis of the users NGS data.
