Troy Police Seek Smash And Grab Bandits

Troy police are trying to collar a pair of smash-and-grab bandits who have been breaking into cars and truck in broad daylight.

Police say the break-ins were reported at the Troy Industrial Park on Robbins Street.

Laptop computers, music players, digital cameras, GPS units, tools, credit cards and cash were reported stolen from at least ten vehicles. The suspects smashed the windows of the vehicles to get in.

Witnesses told police they saw two suspects flee the area in a dark green Pontiac Grand Am. The men were described as black males about 20 years old.
