Court Hearing To Focus On Kilpatrick's Missing Computer

A judge is holding a hearing Wednesday to determine what happened to the computer of former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick.

Kilpatrick is expected to testify at some point during the hearing, which will determine if the city will be sanctioned for destroying his computer.

"It's another urban legend, you know, the missing computer," said Detroit City Councilman Kwame Kenyatta.

Kenyatta is back on the job after a three-month medical leave. He thinks there's something fishy going on.

"The former mayor said he gave it to the incoming mayor. The incoming mayor said, no you never gave it to me. Then, you have the city attorney saying, well, we destroyed. So, I don't know ... there's something going on here."

Kilpatrick's missing hard drive has become an issue in a civil lawsuit over the fatal shooting of stripper, Tamara Greene, in 2003.
