Charges Filed in Alleged Clinton Township Assault

The Macomb County Prosecutor's office has now authorized sexual conduct charges against two men accused of assaulting a teenager at a  housing complex on Christmas Day. 

36-year-old Lynn Boyd and 41-year-old Nathan Lewis are each charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct.  A 17-year-old female from Mount Clemens claims Lewis and Boyd served her liquor -- and then sexually assaulted her. 

Police say the investigation is continuing and the charges could be amended.  Both suspects are being held at the Macomb County Jail.
