Officer's Family Issues Statement And Releases Funeral Arrangements
The family of Larry Nehasil issued a statement this evening -- saying he was a devoted husband, father, son, brother and friend who died doing the job he loved. The statement also asks for privacy -- and thanks the community for the outpouring of support.
Meantime...Funeral arrangements have been finalized for Officer Nehasil. Public visitation will take place Wednesday from 5-8pm at the Harry J-Will Funeral Home on Six Mile, East of Newburgh, and on Thursday from 12-8pm. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church on North Territorial Road in Plymouth.
A memorial fund has also been set up for Officer Nehasil's family.
