Guilty Plea In Multi-State Prostitution Case

DETROIT (WWJ/AP) A second person has pled guilty in a multi-state prostitution case.

Nayubet Swaso is in Detroit facing charges of enticing persons into prostitution; charged with lining up business for a prostitution ring inside and outside the U.S. and has pleaded guilty in federal court in Detroit.

Swaso is from Panama City she was raised in North Carolina and now lives in Florida, but for a time she operated the call centers for the Miami-based Miami Companions for overseas locations like Costa Rica and Panama City.

She faces up to 20-years in prison.
Sentencing guidelines after pleading guilty are likely to be 12 months to 18 months.

Sentencing date is set for April 27, 2011

The operator of the operation the so-called Madame of Miami, Lori Carr,  is scheduled for sentencing Wednesday.

Charges are pending against Greg Carr, the former leader of Miami Companions. His ex-wife has pleaded guilty.
