MiCTA Issues RFP for Consulting Services

MiCTA, a Saginaw-based national group purchasing organization for technology products and services,  announced that it has issued a request for proposals seeking consulting services that would be of interest to its membership.

The RFP seeks consultants who are willing to provide discounted consulting services to its membership in a variety of disciplines.

Specific areas of interest include:

* Educational content consulting
* Educational software consulting
* Consulting in a variety of specialty fields
* E-rate consulting

The MiCTA membership is comprised of more than 2,500 K-12 schools and school districts; higher education institutions; state, county and local government agencies, non-profit and charitable organizations, and health care institutions throughout the United States. Consultants who respond to the RFP will not be required to provide services nationwide.

MiCTA negotiates substantial volume purchasing discounts for technology products and services on behalf of its membership, which is comprised of higher education institutions, K-12 schools and school districts, municipalities, non-profit organizations, hospitals and health care providers, religious and charitable organizations throughout the United States.
