Jimmy Buffett To Play DTE Energy Music Theater

If you're a "Parrothead," you already know about this, and if you're not, there's no way you're going to score a ticket for this show.

Palace Sports and Entertainment chief Alan Ostfield calls it "the concert of the summer." Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band, in concert, one night only, Thursday, July 21st at 8pm, at DTE Energy Music Theater.

Buffett's fiercely loyal fans scoop up tickets to his shows as soon as they go on sale, which, in this case, is 10 o'clock Monday morning. There's an eight ticket-per-customer limit.

Buffett is touring in support of his newest album, "Encore," a 22- song double CD that features 12 solo acoustic numbers.
