Michigan ACE Network Sets Women's Conferences in Kalamazoo, Alpena: Two higher education institutions will host daylong conferences in March and April geared toward providing women students with mentoring opportunities and tools to be successful in the workforce. "Young Women, Strong Leaders" will be held Friday, March 25 at Western Michigan University's Bernhard Center in Kalamazoo, and Friday, April 29 at Alpena Community College's Donald L. Newport  Center in Alpena. The conferences are organized by the Michigan ACE Network for Women Leaders in Higher Education in partnership with the Michigan Women's Commission, Michigan State University Women's Resource Center, Michigan Department of Education and the host institutions. Students can attend either conference; they do not have to be enrolled at the host institution. At each site, participants will hear from a keynote speaker, attend skill building workshops and have opportunities to meet mentors and network with participants. Compuware CTO Paul Czarnik to Speak at Software Test Professionals Conference 2011: Detroit-based Compuware Corp.
