Man Charged In Death Of Landlord In Detroit
DETROIT (WWJ) - The 62-year-old father of a Detroit woman involved in a rent dispute has been arraigned in the shooting death of her landlord.
Freddie Young appeared in Detroit's 36th District Court Saturday on a first-degree murder charge in the slaying of 45-year-old Greg McNicol.
McNicol was shot May 7 outside an east side apartment building he owned. Young was arrested Friday .
Residents in the building say McNicol had made renovations as an investment in Detroit.
