Grand Rapids-based (Pink Sheets: ADTY), a company specializing in Internet advertising networks and services, Wednesday reported its results for the first quarter ended March 31.

The company’s unaudited results included net income of $110,000 for the first quarter on net revenue of $2.91 million, compared with a net income of $7,038 on net revenue of $2.49 million for the same quarter last year.

“We are pleased with our performance for the first quarter and believe we are effectively executing our overall growth plans for 2011,” said President and CEO Scott Brew. “Through March we are on track to reach our projected goals for the year.
