Free Rent For One Big Fan Of Detroit
DETROIT (WWJ) - Say nice things about Detroit, and you could live rent-free for a year. 
The developers of Garden Court Condominiums are asking for the best two-minute videos about the joys of living in the city of Detroit.
The winner gets a year, rent-free, in the Garden Court condos, at Joseph Campau and East Jefferson, on the city's East Side. The job continues during the year, as well. The winner is expected to write a daily blog about urban life.
"For people who have been living in the suburbs, and want to try living in Detroit, but haven't been able to sell their home, it's a perfect opportunity to try it out," said Carrie Cohen, sales director and property manager for the Garden Court condos.
Adds David Farbman, who is affiliated with the condo: "I was born and raised in the D. I've made a conscious decision to keep my business headquartered in the region ... What better way to view Detroit's treasures than through the eyes of those who love it?"
The deadline is July 15. The winner will be announced August 1.
