Fletcher Business Solutions, Franklin CIO Services Offer Joint CRM Consulting

Fletcher Business Solutions and Franklin CIO Services announced Tuesday that they have joined forces to focus on supporting the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consulting market.

FBS and Franklin are both members of the Bloomfield Hills-based Business Improvement Team, a group of area business assistance and consulting compaies that have banded together to offer services jointly.

FBS and Franklin can handle all aspects of a client's CRM consulting needs, from needs analysis, selection, installation, process improvement, configuration, customization, integration with other software, automated workflow, training and more.
