Saab Cars North America Selects Microsoft Dynamics CRM From First Tech Direct: Royal Oak-based First Tech Direct LLC said Tueday that Saab Cars North America, the company responsible for marketing and distributing Saab vehicles throughout North America, selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM from First Tech Direct to improve call center operations and efficiency. With Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SCNA will be able to provide world-class customer service that will now match the quality of cars they represent. "Organizations want value and we realize it is worth more than software costs. It includes costs associated with hardware, training, consulting, customization, integration and maintenance," states Craig Whaley, CIO, Saab Cars North America. "This solution will provide us with a better view on our customer relationships and allows us to link the customer with the vehicle." Said Jack W. Ketelhut, vice president of sales and marketing at First Tech Direct: "The reduction in data entry, sharing of information and greater collaboration will allow SCNA to accurately track all information pertaining to a customer and their vehicle on a more efficient scale." Saab Cars North America is located in Royal Oak, employing approximately 45 people responsible for sales, marketing and administration duties for the North American market.
