TRAVERSE CITY (AP) – Authorities say an 18-year-old man has died while swimming at the Clinch Park Marina in Traverse City.
The Traverse City Record-Eagle reports that Michael Knudsen of Mancelona may have received an electrical shock in the water while swimming Monday with a friend. He went under the water about 7:30 p.m. and didn’t resurface.

Knudsen was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
