HiredMYway.com, a Detroit-based Web site that uses a recruiter-style model online to solve job board overcrowding, announced that more than $3 million has been invested in the company within the past six months.

Don Foss, chairman of Credit Acceptance Corp. (NASDAQ: CACC), is the most recent investor. Credit Acceptance provides vehicle loans to consumers regardless of their credit history.
