MIDLAND (AP) – A Clare man has been charged in a suspected hit-and-run crash that killed a couple on U.S. 10 in Midland County.
Twenty-three-year-old Nicholas Gordon Andrews was arraigned Monday on two charges of vehicular homicide in Midland County’s 75th District Court. He was denied bond and is in jail.

Sixty-nine-year-old Theodore Fackler and his 67-year-old wife, Barbara, were killed early Saturday when their car was struck by a pickup on U.S. 10 in Warren Township, northwest of Midland.
