New Web Site For Co-op Services Credit Union

LIVONIA -- Co-op Services Credit Union recently launched a new Web site at www.cscu.org to give people easy and secure access to a variety of 24-hour, automated services including online banking, bill pay and loan applications, along with useful information about member services, calculators and links to social media.

"Our new Web site provides a wealth of helpful information in a well-designed and easy to navigate format," said Lisa Fawcett, marketing director. "Members can easily access online banking from any page on the site."

Live Chat is available during business hours for visitors to seek online assistance from credit union representatives, and beginning in October, the site will offer visitors the ability to ask questions 24 hours a day to quickly find the answers they need.

According to Fawcett, the credit union will also introduce a mobile version of the Web site in October.  When users go to the site from their phone, they will be automatically routed to the mobile version. This will give visitors quick, convenient access to important information and the option to visit the credit union's full site through their web browser.

Because of Co-op Services' active community involvement and participation in a wide variety of events, there are links to social media and to CSCU Smile, a dedicated site that allows members to find photos of recent credit union events and download photos to their own Facebook pages.

"CSCU Smile offers a more personal and friendly face to what we're all about -- people helping people," added Fawcett.  "With this wonderful technology at our fingertips, it's still important for everyone to know how much we care."

Headquartered in Livonia, Co-op Services Credit Union has more than 52,000 members and maintains eight full-service branch offices in the Detroit metro area.  Members also have access to more than 3,000 shared branches and 28,000 ATMs nationwide.
