New Web Site Finds You The Right Medicare Plan

AUBURN HILLS -- Insurance Dialogue, a division of Dialogue Marketing, Thursday announced its newest service offering, RightMedicare.com, a free referral service that assists those that are eligible for Medicare in finding the right Medicare plan based on their specific health coverage and financial needs.

Insurance Dialogue, which acquires, retains and supports insurance and Medicare consumers on behalf of insurance carriers, agencies and third party marketers, has enrolled more than 38,000 individuals in Medicare plans through its other services.

As part of the new service, Insurance Dialogue has partnered with several Medicare companies to offer individuals the most competitive prices available for their health needs. Its non-biased approach allows agents to match the best plan among different insurance carriers to each individual to meet their health needs and save costs.

"By partnering with Insurance Dialogue, Medicare insurance companies can increase enrollment without increasing staff and operational costs," said Bernie Lillis, executive vice president of business development for Insurance Dialogue. "Our highly trained and licensed agents assess individuals' needs and facilitate the enrollment process on their behalf, with little interaction needed from the Medicare companies."

Insurance Dialogue's agents are licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia to provide all ten federally standardized Medicare Supplement plans, as well as Medicare Advantage when that is the best alternative. The process begins when individuals complete an online form that is then reviewed by a licensed agent. According to research conducted by Insurance Dialogue, most individuals 65 and older begin their search for Medicare plans online. After determining the best plan, the agent contacts the individual via the telephone -- no agent comes to the individual's home -- to review the plan in full detail. Agents assist individuals with completing the often confusing paperwork necessary for enrollment. Once enrollment is complete, a benefits package is sent in the mail.

"Insurance Dialogue's extensive training ensures that all agents are not only knowledgeable, but sensitive to those they are assisting," Lillis said. "Senior sensitivity training is a crucial part in providing excellent service to Medicare eligible consumers, such as working with the hearing impaired or those living on a fixed income. These are important factors to consider when working with Medicare enrollments, and we pride ourselves on our outstanding service."
