Oak Park Hosts Low Cost Pet Vaccination Clinic

OAK PARK (WWJ) - The city of Oak Park, in conjunction with All About Animals Rescue, is offering a low-cost vaccine wellness clinic for cats and dogs Saturday, October 8 at the Parks and Recreation Center from 10 am to 2 pm.

The clinic will offer vaccines for $10 each. Rabies, distemper combo and bordetella vaccines are offered for dogs and rabies, feline distemper combo and the feline leukemia vaccine will be available for cats.

Bring proof of your pet's prior vaccines if you have it. A three-year rabies vaccine will require proof of prior rabies vaccination. Feline leukemia vaccination will require proof of negative test or prior vaccination.

For your pet's safety, bring your dog on a leash and your cat in a carrier.

Residency of the city is not a requirement. Only cash will be accepted.

The clinic will run from 10 am to 2 pm at the Oak Park Parks and Recreation Center, Child Care Building, 14300 Oak Park Boulevard.
