Pre-Trial Date Set For Rape Case Involving 80-Year-Old Woman
MACOMB COUNTY (WWJ) - A court hearing was held Monday afternoon in the case of a Sterling Heights man charged with raping an 80-year-old woman in Macomb County.
WWJ's Mike Campbell reports that 29-year-old William Harrison entered the courtroom in shackles and quietly stood near his attorney as the circuit court judge heard from both Harrison's attorney and the prosecuting attorney.
During the hearing, a pre-trial date was set for December 12 in Circuit Court.
