Send Personalized Holiday Cards To Your Soldier Overseas For Free

DETROIT (WWJ) - It's hard to spend the holidays knowing someone is in the military overseas. It's even harder for those soldiers to spend the holidays away from their families and friends.

As a way to bring holiday cheer to America's troops overseas, Zazzle.com launched its "Free Military Holiday Card Program." Families and friends with loved ones stationed around the world can choose from five card templates, customize with personal messages and photos, and send to troops worldwide.

Just customize one of the templates with your own personal photos and text and Zazzle will send the card completely free -- all you need is an APO/FPO address.

The Free Military Holiday Card Program will run through Dec. 17. With millions of soldiers stationed around the world, and thousands of regional military family and "support the troops" organizations in the U.S., the program is aiming to send 10,000 holiday cards throughout the holiday season.

Jason Kang, Zazzle VP of Marketing, said they hope the program will give people an easy way to send a reminder to loved ones serving this country that they are in our thoughts and are sorely missed.

Just make sure you use the coupon code MILITARYCARD when you check out. When you do, 100 percent of the card net sale price is deducted from your total, and your card will be shipped free of charge.

To get started with your own Holiday and "Thank You" cards today, visit zazzle.com/freemilitarycards.
