The Lansing State Journal says Mester has been ordered to pay more than $4,000 in restitution to his neighbor, Cindy Heistand, who boards horses. The incident occurred on Heistand’s property and was caught on a surveillance camera.
According to the Journal, a surveillance video in June captured Mester, who is married, walking around Heistand’s horse pasture, overturning a bucket behind a thoroughbred mare, standing on the bucket and apparently engaging in a sexual act with the horse.READ MORE: Fourth Stimulus Check: Will You Get Another Relief Payment?
Heistand said she lost business after a horse owner saw Mester roaming the pasture.
