Thanksgiving Holiday Marks Anniversary Of Missing Skelton Brothers

DETROIT (WWJ) - As the search for three brothers in a small Michigan town enters its second year ... Morenci police are holding what they're calling a "road canvas" along U-S 127.

Police Chief Larry Weeks says it coincides with the time one year ago that police believe their father, John Skelton, made the 40-mile roundtrip from Morenci to Holiday City and -- somewhere along the way -- did something horrible to his three young sons.

Authorities say they're hoping Friday's search will bring back memories for early-morning hunters or Black Friday shoppers who may have seen something.

The brothers: Andrew, Alexander and Tanner Skelton have never been found - they were last seen with their father over Thanksgiving in 2010.
