Winning Futures, the Warren nonprofit for high school youth, is recruiting a full-time public relations specialist to create and coordinate projects for marketing, donor recognition, events, and mentor recruitment.

The nonprofit said the individual must have recent experience in using social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, along with experience with coordinating events.

This position will start mid-January and will be located at the nonprofit’s office in Warren.

Winning Futures is a nonprofit founded in 1994 by businessman Sam Cupp in Warren to bring educators and business people together to give children and teens better futures. It operates in the Warren Consolidated, Oak Park, Highland Park, and Pontiac school districts, although schools, mentoring agencies, and other nonprofit organizations throughout the country use the Winning Futures workbooks and activities into the youth programs.
