Auto Show Previews Raise High Hopes
WWJ AutoBeat Reporter Jeff Gilbert gives us a video recap of North American International Auto Show Press Preview Days. So, what was going on at Cobo Center? Optimism.
Gilbert said the overall feeling is that the dark days are over for American automakers, who unveiled smart pick-up trucks, sexy concepts and upscale designs.
It's a new day, one in which Maserati is exported from Detroit.
"It's a completely different mentality," IHS senior automotive analyst Aaron Bragman told Gilbert.
