Suspect Sketch Released In Pontiac Rape Of 22-Year-Old Girl

PONTIAC (WWJ) - Detectives from the Oakland County Sheriff's Office have released a composite sketch of a man suspected of raping a young woman in Pontiac.

The reported assault took place January 7, on Henderson street, as the 22-year old victim was walking home. She told police the man implied he had a gun and forced her to go with him to an abandoned house where he raped her.

Detectives believe the suspect goes by the name of "CASH".

He is described by the victim as a black male in his mid to late 20s, 5'5" tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds. At the time of assault he was wearing a black sweater with white stripes and blue jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800 SPEAK UP. A reward is being offered and tipsters may remain anonymous.
