Pontiac Home Renovated For Grace Centers Of Hope Graduates

PONTIAC (WWJ) - Grace Centers of Hope has dedicated another newly renovated home in Downtown Pontiac.

The house on Mooreland Avenue will be home to four graduates of the Grace Centers drug rehab program.

Pastor Kent Clark, who runs Grace Centers, says it's one of many homes they've revived in the formerly crime ridden neighborhood.

"When we bought the house all of the windows were shot out from a drug -- drive by type shooting, we left the bullet hole in one of the windows just as a reminder of the past and where we are now in that regard," said Clark.

Clark says having a decent neighborhood and place to live will aid the women in their recovery.
