CareTech Solutions Service Desk Grows with Market Need

TROY -- CareTech Solutions, an IT and Web products and services provider for more than 200 United States hospitals, announced Tuesday that its service desk, a hospital help desk for clinical and administrative staff, grew in revenue by 25 percent in 2011.

With the addition of 22 new hospitals, this is the single largest increase in new customers since the service launched in 2008.

A few of the service desk clients added in 2011 were Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, Wash., Med Fusion in Lewisville, Texas, St. Barnabas Health System locations throughout New Jersey, Stamford Health System in Stamford, Conn. and Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Fla.
