Southfield's Secure-24 Looking For 50 Employees On Campus Tour

SOUTHFIELD -- The managed IT operations provider Secure-24 Inc. is taking its recruitment team to Michigan college campuses to find more than 50 talented people to fill high-tech jobs and internships for its growing business.

Secure-24 has already created more than 250 IT jobs in Michigan and plans to create another 250 jobs by 2015.

The company maintains teams of highly experienced IT professionals with specializations including cloud computing, critical application management, and IT outsourcing services.

The company's current college recruitment tour runs from now through March.  Recruiters will be interviewing candidates with computer science or related majors at a variety of top universities in Michigan. Schools that Secure-24's recruiting team will be visiting include Michigan State University and Oakland University Feb. 23, the University of Michigan-Flint March 14, and the University of Michigan-Dearborn March 15. Secure-24 will also meet with students from other colleges at the Michigan Collegiate Job Fair in Livonia on March 23.

Secure-24's focus is helping mid-size to large companies to gain the most value from their IT investments. As one of the nation's fastest growing technology companies, Secure-24 attracts candidates from across the country for a variety of IT positions ranging from internships to senior technical and management positions.

Interested job candidates may visit Secure-24's online job site to learn more about the company's culture and review open positions.

"We have a great company culture for fostering IT talent. New graduates work side-by-side with seasoned industry experts and are exposed to a broader range of leading technologies than they would almost anywhere else," said Secure-24 CEO Matthias Horch. "We search for people who are passionate about IT and equip them with the training and opportunity to become tomorrow's industry leaders."

In addition to excellent educational intuitions and a strong technology talent pool, Secure-24 also considers Michigan a strategic location for data centers with its robust power utilities, diverse internet carrier network and boring weather -- boring as in uneventful. Michigan is one of only two states that have had no major federally declared weather disasters in over 30 years, making it a great location for data centers. Three of Secure-24's data centers are located in Michigan.

Secure-24 has created over 250 IT jobs in Michigan, and is continuing its growth with a projection of creating an additional 250 new high-tech jobs by 2015.

"We've marked our tenth year in business, and we've been truly fortunate to employ talented and dedicated people to support our global clients. We select the best of the best for our teams with a focus on individuals with a drive for excellence and innovation." said Secure-24 COO Volker Straub.
