Free Energy Kits For UP Customers

HANCOCK -- Blue Terra Energy is partnering with Efficiency United to provide Upper Peninsula Power Co. and Semco Energy Gas Co. customers with free, installed energy kits.

The free Energy Kit Installation Program runs through September 2012.    The free energy kits will save households an average of $250 per year on their utility bills. Including installation, the kit is an $85.00 value and includes 12 Energy Star light bulbs, 2 high-efficiency shower heads, kitchen and bath faucet aerators, foam pipe wraps and a Honeywell programmable thermostat.
