Body Found Burned, Bound In Detroit

DETROIT (WWJ) - A burned body was discovered on a driveway between two vacant homes in Detroit. When police took a closer look, they were shocked at what they found.

The body was found on Roselawn Street on the city's west side. Neighbors say the body was wrapped in a blanket and bound in chains.

Some are speculating that the man in his 20's may have been tortured and killed, then dumped in the neighborhood.
