Northern Michigan Angels To Meet At GT Resort: The Northern Michigan Angels Investment Network, northern Michigan's affiliate of the BlueWater Angels, will meet Thursday, June 7 from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. Join Ken Kousky, president of BlueWater Angels, for an afternoon of exploring angel expectations, what makes a good deal and how to structure a deal using the new terms sheet with a "Pure Michigan" approach, which allows for creative exits without relying solely on an acquisition to liquidate an investment. The event costs $25, which includes lunch.
